I've been building various plastic models since I was a kid. However, it's only in recent years that the hobby has become a major interest of mine, so that I now have a workroom full of unbuilt kits and ample supplies and a strong collection of techniques at my disposal. After a long time building various kits I've now come to the point where my dissatisfaction in most kits and my rising confidence in my own skills has led me to my first earnest attempt at a full scratchbuild.
